For sure! Since you're the first candidate to actually engage on this (what, nobody reads the replies to their texts?!), I just kicked a little bit your way. But please credit it to the social channel, not SMS!

Well, I appreciate the candor, and I know you have a tough job. Personally, I won't give a penny to any candidate who spams me. I'm honestly surprised that anyone does, and I hope that candidates will adopt more ethical and relational fundraising practices in the future.

I get that consultants are pushing this as a tactic for easy cash. But it's gotten to the point that it's overgrazing the commons that is the Democratic donor pool. I encourage you to do the hard but rewarding work of building an actual engaged grassroots donor base from the ground up.

Unsubscribes don't work, because as I understand, they only apply to the specific phone number from which the text is sent. I got five separate texts from Alex Vindman in a matter of hours yesterday! It's exhausting, demoralizing, and borders on harassment.

I appreciate the response. However, I'm hoping for some leadership from thoughtful candidates like you. Carpet bombing "rented" lists for cash is just a terrible tactic. Everyone I talk to is completely turned off by it. Really, does anyone actually give based on a text from a random stranger?

@chriswarcraft.bsky.social Love following you and what your'e doing, but was super disappointed to just get a spam fundraising text from you. Never signed up, never authorized. I get 5-10 of these a day from random candidates, and I have to think it's just burning Dem donors out. Please do better.

I have the utmost respect for Senator Kaine and Senator Warner but we do not need โcoachingโ on redistricting coming from a cuck chair in the corner. How about you all stay focused on the fascist in the White House and let us handle redistricting in Virginia. 10-1

Iโm also annoyed. Many homes can currently fully electrify on 100 amps with efficient equipment choices and/or smart panels or load management. The code was designed around worst-case scenarios for dumb, analog fuses and breakers. The full 100 amps gets maybe 5% utilization on an average home.

I do not care about "fairness". I care about love. Every person on this earth, saint or monster, hero or villain, rich or poor, young or old, male, female, or something else, deserves to know everlasting tranquility, love, and bliss, and my politics wants to bring that about as much as possible.

Yes, please! FWIW, the only way Iโve been able to understand much of Dem leadershipโs fecklessness in the face of the horrors of the last year is that they actually fear these things more authoritarianism. Weโre going to need to clean our house, too.

Right -- not by any means a silver bullet for decarbonizing our energy system, but it does seem like a way for more people to get a little bit of skin in the game, somewhat offset bills, and provide resiliency (if coupled with batteries).

Every day is like the parable about the man on the deserted island refusing to be saved by boat, helicopter etc because he's waiting for God's help, but it's about any Democrat with a backbone and an iota of charisma being offered the chance to become the next president by simply describing reality.
