I saw that. So far it doesn't look like the drones are bringing much to the party. I can see how they can cover areas where fixed cameras can't, and provide interesting viewpoints. I just wish they were a little less obtrusive.

The whine from the drones while watching downhill skiing is pretty annoying. I'm sure they'll eventually figure out how to noise cancel it. But until then I'll rage.

OMG how I enjoyed "A Drop of Corruption" by Robert Jackson Bennett. And a lot of that joy comes from the fantastic narration by Andrew Fallaize. His Ana is so bonkers that it brings me joy.

AI books are constructed with stolen property. All Generative AI has been trained on copywrited material without permission. It has zero artistic merit. If it is non-fiction then it will undoubtedly contain falsehoods because AI has no intelligence to determine truth from lies. NO to AI.

Reminds me of the disco scene in Airplane! where the guy gets stabbed in the back and Elaine keeps mimicing his dying dance moves.

Definitely. The longer it takes to rise the more flavourful it becomes. Lots of people leave the dough in the fridge to rise slowly over a couple of days.
