#40days #Boycott #Target

Not sure if everyone has seen but there is a boycott planned thruout the United States for February 28th.

People are doing an Economic Blackout on big businesses/corporations.

Do not shop at Target, McDonalds, Starbucks, Walmart, etc.

Buy local, support small businesses <3

Start today if u can!

it's also disappointing that the movie is portrayed as "just a form of entertainment/escape" I have read an article where those involved have said people shouldn't look too deep into it to compare to our current political climate. But that's impossible when your making a "political thriller"

There are SO many interesting ideas and opportunities presented. I'm just like "wow" there were so many ways they coulda gone with that concept. So many possibilities for story, message, real life connections, character growth, etc.

But it was just kinda fumbled.

Just saw Captain America: Brave New World, & its a decent movie. I agree with a lot of reviews that it's not the best but it isn't horrible.

I *have* been thinking about the movie a lot tho. cuz everything was there for this to be such a good movie. it's kinda disappointing that it falls short.

Only a month and a half into 2025 and Duolingo's already dead.

Just went to the deli, they got their shipment of eggs (1 box) for like $200+. The deli guy said that's about $7 per carton, and they gonna have to sell the eggs for $10 a carton to make any profit •-•

Yea, can't say AI should never be used as a resource. But so much of writing is based on human experience. I think a large amount of the writing process requires a human touch.

The ideas, characters, story, language. AI definitely can take away from those.

I sure hope so T°T

Though, even then, it sounds so easy for people utilizing AI to just flood markets with low quality books :(

I mean, it's Quantity over Quality. But with the rate at which people consume media nowadays it feels so hard to preserve Quality.

I do believe Writing is an act of heart. I also believe AI takes away from that.

So publishing companies utilizing AI to publish books is growing.

And as a writer, someone who spent 4 years in college studying English, volunteering for literary magazines, and working on my writing just to have a company charge $1,000+ for an AI to do everything.

This sucks.

Okay when I say imma have a nice relaxing Sunday this is what I'm talking about:

Watching a good movie and having chips, and salad, and salsa, omggggggg

Also the "ground beef" is plant based and I made it myself out of walnuts and baby bella mushrooms SO GOODDD
