They gave student-athletes free rides to a school (NCF) they really knew nothing about (no grades, senior thesis required, lots of independent work) just so they could play ball (see: 70+ baseball players in a 700 student school), so admin could claim strong 'enrollment'

Suggesting people (and particularly children!) can be trained & prepared somehow to not internalize the systemic racism baked into this country, just having it "bounce off" shows his complete & utter lack of understanding what racism actually is & how it works. Or he's completely aware & is racist
