Digimon Story Time Stranger has absolutely grabbed my hyperfixation dopamine production by the balls.

I missed having #Digimon in my life for ages, so I'm finally getting to dive back in. I wanted for a while to have a way to share it with my partner, who didn't grow up on it. Now she plays too.

I feel great disdain for the fact that the older you get the more society/culture wants you to discard your dreams and pursuits of wimsy. Dreams push us to be greater than we currently are. Whimsy fuels the fires of innovation and joy, to survive the dark times.

This pair of #Tokusatsu designs tripped me up for longer than I'd have liked. Each one is designed to account for the suit actor, one of whom would be far more visible than the other.

Scorched is never winning any awards, but it's always fun an fast to read. I kinda wanna see them push at least a bit harder, the creative team feels capable.

The new #Digimon game having a free demo on Steam has reconnected me with so many of the feelings I felt the first time I dove into the yet-to-be-released series from the franchise on Fansub sites eons ago. There's always been this thrilling adventurous darkness to Digimon.

A lot of diversity of subject and tone between #MarvelComics, #ImageComics, & #SevenSeas #Manga.

Asumi-chan, oddly, has the most compelling storyline of the 3 different series. It's such a small, personal story. Intimate.

I had to pass on getting some sick SH Figiarts of them on my 2nd trip to Japan in 2018, and I never saw those specific ones again for anything resembling a reasonable price.

Only if they do so via serious shenanigans, because I do still believe that The Hurt Syndicate need to be made to look strong.
