Rarer than male Ogryns, but they do exist! Mainly due to the fact that Ogryns are VERY protective over them, and they're rarely seen outside of their homeworlds and even more rarely assigned to the Mimlitarum. There are no proper official art from what I can tell, and rare mentions in lore.
