Thanks! I appreciate that. It’s not as much isolating as it is honestly acknowledging that I am mostly contributing negativity right now. Sometimes posting makes me feel worse, so I’m giving myself some space for things that make me feel better/more fulfilled. :)

(Not saying any of this so people will feel concerned. I will absolutely be fine. I’m just putting myself in a time-out in a room with some toys and coloring books to play with until I feel like I can join the class again without biting the other kids. 😆)

I was always the positive person and I feel like I can’t be that in this moment without faking.

When I took a break for Lent, it was good for my mental health to funnel my energy into hobbies. I think I’ll try to a bit spend less time here for a bit, so I can tap into that again.

I’m kinda not doing great and am generally just in a sad place. I’m fine/safe/etc., but I feel like I have less and less to contribute that isn’t negative, complainy, ranty, or petty. Which is not great energy to be putting out there when things are already hard for everyone.

Same! One look at the can and it’s like “oof, I can’t do that, I’ll be up all night” lol. Yeah, peeing. That’s it. 😆😆

The over-priced still “mountain water” in a trendy can kinda makes me roll my eyes a little, but I would absolutely try the flavored varieties!

It is always reassuring to see other people say things like that because social media always makes me believe it comes naturally to everyone else except for me. 😵‍💫
