I thought the paper also stated that spike proteins were found in the brains of humans that had been autopsied. Did it not? Regardless inflammation is definitely a factor whether it is caused by the protein or not.

Thank you for sharing. As someone who has this type of long covid it reinforces what I believed which was inflammation was present. And now I know what causes the inflammation. Perhaps someday they will discover something to control or eliminate it. After 23 months out and still have some bad days.

Presents like a bad concussion or very mild stroke. Short term memory affected as well as speech center. I would know the right word but either not be able to find it or could find it but not be able to say it. After 11 months of speech therapy. I’m mostly okay but have days where words are hard.

I can answer to my own experience only, I have this type of long covid. I first noticed the neurological symptoms about a month, month and a half after my initial infection.

Make art that you think is fuckin sick as hell. Make the shit you never thought you could that you always wanted to see. Beat your insecurity to death and fight to become your own favorite artist.

What's happening in the sky above Stonehenge? A meteor shower: specifically, the Perseid meteor shower. A few nights ago, after the sky darkened, many images of meteors from this year's Perseids were captured separately and merged into a single frame. Although the meteors all traveled on straight paths, these paths appear slightly curved by the wide-angle lens of the capturing camera. The meteor streaks can all be traced back to a single point on the sky called the radiant, here just off the top of the frame in the constellation of Perseus. The same camera took a deep image of the background sky that brought up the central band of our Milky Way galaxy running nearly vertical through the image center. The featured image was taken from Wiltshire, England, being careful to include, at the bottom, the famous astronomical monument of Stonehenge. My husband did that in September. The urgent care billed our insurance over $600 for the visit and the only thing they did was run a Covid test. Our out of pocket was $90 and we have good insurance. If these tests are accurate they will save people time and money.
