In peak allergy season, I take 2 levocetirizine ( zyxal), 4-6 sprays of fluticasone (Flonase), and 4-6 sprays of astepro. Plus allergy eye drops.

If you haven't tried fluticasone or astepro, might be worth a shot.

I download offline maps to my phone, have a state Atlas in the car, and I frequently have fold out maps, because they're detailed.

Depending on your chew capabilities:
-Mashed potatoes. Add finely chopped bacon, cheese, sour cream, etc to switch up the flavors
-Rice with cheese or Crumbled Salmon on it. Furikake seasoning to add flavor
-Tuna salad with only soft fillings (olives, pickles, finely diced onion, etc)
