I’ve proposed real reforms to end corruption in Washington D.C. — and will keep fighting to get them across the finish line!

Whenever law enforcement agents are given a quota of a specific number of people to arrest or detain, especially with the WH policy director screaming at their superiors to hit those target numbers, bad things are going to happen. Quotas always result in civil rights violations.

Businesses are raising prices after tariffs, even on unaffected goods This could be a sign that companies are using the new tariffs as an excuse to raise prices overall.

A "significant share" of companies surveyed by the Federal Reserve said they raised the prices of goods and services unaffected by tariffs.

One company said they did this to "enjoy the extra margin before tariffs increased their costs."

Republicans and DOGE are attacking public broadcasting, claiming it's "wasteful" and promotes an "agenda."

But spending on public broadcasting is just 0.01% of the federal budget — and funding has bipartisan support.

This is part of Trump's bigger war on an educated public.

Like most bullies, Trump can be constrained only if everyone stands up to his bullying. Go to town halls. Tell your local media to report on DOGE cuts in your community. Keep speaking out. The fight against authoritarianism will take all of us — and we can't relent.

Medicare for All isn't radical.

What's radical is that we are the only major country not to guarantee health care as a human right. Every other major country figured out years ago how to provide health care to all at a much lower cost.

Please don't tell me we can't do the same.
