Same. I caught shingles, RSV and norovirus in succession - dipped my health for months. But then milder Covid now.. Hoping HRT might help this winter.

It’s been barely touching me (mild sore throat, bit of fatigue). Probably the vax working (but the vax also gave me shingles so I’m thinking I’ll swerve it this year). Who knows what do for the best 🤷‍♀️
