You're right, that's why I think they might start looking at alliances as short term agreements they will have to agree to renew. But the level of mutualism will not be the same as it was. Maybe America will learn it's lesson after this clown tanks everything. We can only hope. (And resist)

I disagree...but I do think it will permanently change their level of skepticism. I believe Canada and Europe will be willing to restore ties after a major change of leadership, but will maintain greater independence and most likely form short term agreements in the event of another nut case.

Yes, but the goal isn't to reenact it so much as remind ppl that history is sometimes on the side of the ppl.....the fact that they did not fare entirely well is a valid matter, and a lesson we can learn from. The benefit of this kind of content is pointing our anger toward hope/radical solidarity.

I would prefer a platform that is inclusive for republicans as well...a version of Twitter similar to how it started would be great. Just completely open, no predatory algorithms, stricter rules on toxicity...but still welcoming diversity of thought. 1/

Personally I have yet to see any conflict here...at first I was concerned, but for the time being, many of us are in a place where we need to know we aren't alone. There's no problem with an echo chamber when the consensus is kindness.
