Is there such a thing as a “Where’s-Waldo-Party”?

Like the dress code is that everyone shows up in striped shirts/waldo costumes.

Then one guest gets secretly assigned as the “real Waldo” and everyone is trying to figure out who it is.

To contextualize I have seen this specific hawk before at the same time of day on my commute, therefore I am especially attached to him.
