No shock here: The Guardian notes several phrases in the U.S. peace proposal to Ukraine appear to be directly translated from Russian.
One standout is the line “It is expected that Russia will not invade neighboring countries,” a clunky English phrasing mirroring the Russian “ожидается.”

Where I come from, the creek crossing the old town burned twice in the 19th century, because the fledgling industry just ran paint, dye and solvents into it. Äh, die Krim wurde 2014 von Russland annektiert. Das Verlassen der Krim ist mitgemeint mit "Russland kehrt in seine Grenzen zurück".
Die einzige interessante Frage ist was mit Donetsk und Luhansk geschehen soll; aber darüber kann man erst reden wenn Russland auch da abgezogen ist.
