I don’t begrudge anyone for being down on Fickell right now but I also don’t have patience for the handful of folks that are convinced the Fickell hire was stupid to begin with and we’d have been in great shape if only we’d just hired Jim

Right and I should say I’m not calling for an immediate firing by any means, just saying that this has gone quite poorly to this point.

I also agree regarding patience generally being a better policy especially when it comes to program building. Question of course is what you’re willing to stomach

One thing I always found crazy is that so many fans at least on the internet have trouble accepting that 3 things can all be true: 1) the Chryst firing was justified 2) the Fickell hire was good at the time and 3) Fickell’s tenure has been catastrophic
