Sometimes I catch myself being unduly hard on myself about productivity. Yesterday I took & edited some photos after a walk & I prepped some items for a sewing project. Today I worked on painting some thrifted mirrors for the bathroom. All while working full days too. It's ok to take a night off.

I’ve been feeling a little lost this week. I went outside & stood in the yard for a while but my head & body are aching. I spent some time doing 2 of my favorite things; looking up & looking down. The thaw is coming; but what does it bring?
