Bloodline was excellent until the last two episodes of season 3. An abrupt ending is better than this. We don’t need a whole episode as a dream sequence, and then another whole episode just tying up every loose end and making sure everybody understands every little reason everybody did everything 😅

Against my better judgment, I decided to watch the ending of “Black Rabbit” 🐰 oh my!

so much forced excitement; chase sequences that would never happen in New York City (you really can’t outrun a radio) - people, jumping in front of bullets for no reason - and a lot of nonsensical arguing😢

“Black Rabbit” starts off strong, but quickly devolves to “desperate people doing stupid things” genre😢 (I prefer “desperate people doing smart things & things still get crazy” genre. Dies somewhere btwn Ep 4 & beg if Ep 5. Great directing by Laura Lenny, though. 🤓👍

This moment is disturbing even in the mundane: I’ve started taking screenshots of historical sources I’m using in research from the national park service, the smithsonian, and the national archives, just in case they get taken down. It’s now a part of my process and takes time I have to plan for.
