I made a thing ahead of Trans Day of Remembrance!!

Every year I find it more difficult to participate in a day that should be a celebration of living authentically.

So this year I’ll start with a chocolate brownie and see how we go 🤪

Started a new journey today with my first ever Lyra class!!

After doing pole for about 18 months I’ve been getting a bit stuck with some of my progression, and lyra is a chance to cross train while having fun (and a sense of success).


Still…extremely shocked I got this on my first go 😳

Time to get my application together.

Slept 10 hours and thank goodness for a day off work.

Still the stress is high, fatigue is off the charts, and my body is screaming at me because I haven’t been to my pole classes for two weeks 🤪

Wild to believe we are getting a cyclone this far south - been 50 years since the last time this happened.

After travelling for work over the last two days, it’s now time to start preparing ahead of tropical cyclone Alfred that’s about to hit 😬
