I always remember a housing assn’s marketing material for their retirement communities playing ‘what have you done today to make you feel proud’ with a woman in her 80s 90s parachuting 🪂 if I hear that song I always get annoyed!

Time to link not doing physical stuff to health issues and not age. I don’t lift weights because I have back trouble. Good to see this piece but sad we have to see it if you know what I mean!
