The MAHA Report Cites Studies That Don’t Exist The Trump administration’s “Make America Healthy Again” report misinterprets some studies and cites others that don’t exist, according to the listed authors.

ummmmm...fake sources, mischaracterization of findings, made up research studies doesn't sound like "Gold Standard Science" to us.

But what do we know? We are just a lowly, grassroots community of the world's leading scientists. 🐸☕

NIH Human Microbiome Project defines normal bacterial makeup of the body Genome sequencing creates first reference data for microbes living with healthy adults.

(Me flirting) Did you know microbes in the human body contribute MORE to the human body’s survival than our bodies themselves? And there are more microbial genes than human in our bodies?

We just big ol’ walkin’ terrariums.

Scientists will not be silenced.

Today, I stood alongside thousands of researchers worldwide to rally against the growing attacks on the scientific community. Budget cuts and the spread of misinformation are creating severe obstacles to scientific discovery.

‘Scientists will not be silenced’: thousands protest Trump research cuts Researchers at Stand Up for Science rallies voice defiance against the policies of US President Donald Trump’s administration.

The mood was defiant at many of the rallies, where chants of “Scientists will not be silenced”, “Facts over fear” and “What do we want? Peer review! When do we want it? Now!” were heard.
