This month has been one of the shittiest months in a long time. Ugh

Aldi has a white cheddar cranberry cheese and it tastes delish as a grilled cheese on sourdough with some turkey and mayo 😋

Went to a Super Bowl party with a bunch of parents and didn’t watch a single bit of the game 🤣

And I couldn’t have like lost a little weight with this damn virus? Come. On.

This norovirus can fuck right off. 4 days and I’m still not feeling myself

I wish the stomach bug was something that you get once in your life and never again

When I said I wanted a break, I didn’t mean that I wanted the stomach bug!!

It’s meee. Surviving not thriving

Both kids have been sick while I’ve been solo parenting these past few days. I don’t know whether to scream or cry or laugh.

My house smells like vomit, Lysol, and lavender and it’s making me nauseous.

I have def been there with Ava! It was almost like I was mourning my alone time with her and I felt so bad that I couldn’t give her my full attention. But once we got over that transition, I realized that our 1:1 outings together were just that much more special

This week feels like 10 years long ugh

I got new kitchen knives and I’m excited about them. Is this peak adulthood now??

Going to lose my mind between my 4 year old going to bed at 9pm and needing me to sleep with her and my 8 month old getting up to comfort nurse 6 times a night

I was really dreading the solids/BLW this time around, but I waited until we were both ready (not just when we got the ok to start) and I put a lot less pressure on it. And now I love giving Jack pretty much everything I eat!

I love winter bc I love to hibernate

Every time it snows, I want to make chili 😍

My thermostat is probably so confused bc my husband will turn the heat up to 70 and 5 seconds later I’ll turn it down to 67. And then we play this game all day 🙃

Right?? I’m already dreading it!

I think about that a lot bc some of my coworkers have college age kids and they tell me their kids don’t wanna hang out with them on break 😭😭😭

I felt the same! I don’t think it fully registered for me until that newborn haze went away
