Thanks to Latvia🇱🇻 who, together with 🇪🇺 and 5 other member states 🇨🇾🇫🇮🇭🇺 🇵🇹🇸🇮, ratified yesterday the international agreement on the protection of marine biodiversity.
France has already ratified the #BBNJ agreement and remains committed for its swift entry into force. #UNOC3
