Saw this in the cinema when it came out, and as I recall it genuinely is one of the few documentaries about a musician worth watching.

That is weird, I would consider sausages and burgers more a description of form than content in most cases. I mean, if you say you have a sausage, that doesn’t give any indication if it’s pork or beef or any other meat, never mind vegetable-based stuff.
