Dr Beth Upton was fully acquitted of all wrongdoing in yesterday’s Employment Tribunal decision. Yet she has been vilified by a toxic & poisonous media for months.
It must stop!

she was called as a witness to give testimony about Sandie Peggy's objectively horrible behaviour, some of which was targeted at said Doctor.

The courts should face consequence for the danger they have put the rest of her life in. Again; *as a victim*.

There was nothing compassionate about the austerity programme they inflicted on the country.

I don’t think the guy with the impressive beard and the red & white hat in here is actually Santa, but in any case he’s reading a book by @scalzi.com so he’s obviously on the nice list.

I think there are, but they go one of two ways if elected: they get seduced by the dark side and become establishment, or they stay anti-establishment, and are marginalised and generally mocked as utter jokes.

You simply cannot just trust mainstream reporting of cases like this. It is designed to mislead

The only person to come out of the SPeggie/NHS tribunal vindicated and with a completely untarnished reputation is Dr Beth Upton.

Radio 4 and BBC and Channel 4 News and all the papers completely skewing the Peggie story so your average person will have no idea what actually happened. Doesn’t this make you furious? Integrity in journalism is dead, not just in the US

I also want to express my love for Dr Beth Upton. That woman truly has more courage than any of us.

Just want others in the trans community to know that stuff like this is only possible because of the extreme hard work of really good allies most of whom you will never see or hear from. But they are willing to fight for us at immense personal cost, when others back down. This is my cheers to them.

There is no such thing as a "cross-sex" hormone.

Actually, let's take this further. White people are way more likely to get certain positions than similarly or better qualified people of colour. We need to stop gobbling up well-paid jobs. We can be served 'white-size' portions.
