I’ve read a lot of books this month. And I am well ahead of my 2025 challenge to read 100 books (I always choose 100). It’s been a lot of fun this year, just reading whatever.

I was lucky enough to grab a flu shot, a Covid vaccine, and a pneumonia vax yesterday at a CVS location in CO. They had lots of appt times and you just have to answer yes to having a condition that will be endangered by Covid. Make an appt asap if you’re in the Denver area! ✌️

Someone asked me the other day what I’ve been up to lately and honestly it’s just work and taking my dog for walks and to play with his friends. Like that’s it. That’s all I do.

I don’t anticipate ever giving up half my collection but I do try to gather up a full box to take to a charity shop every couple of months. Let’s see what happens next time we move house though.

I somehow forgot that Bluesky exists and haven’t posted in nearly a month. Guess what! We adopted a dog! His name is Teddy!

I just spent 45 minutes on tik tok watching some British blokes who operate a birds of prey nonprofit trying to recapture one of their more sassy owls who thought she could fly away and honestly it’s the best time I’ve spent all week.
