because it'd be something he's doing for binghe, just for him, and i think sy would enjoy the giving of it as well, but it's gonna escalate until lbh proposes things he wouldn't necessarily enjoy either and they'll end up in this feedback loop of giving and taking

throughout the novel his limits keep getting redefined and lbh enjoys pushing him, sees it as proof of affection (sy does intend that layer to it) and i think lbh's gonna start asking for things *just* because he knows sy wouldn't normally like it

sy starts off with all his behaviours very adherent to how he Should behave, not in regards to being in character but with respect to morals and rules he's made for himself
