It’s so frustrating. I’m putting my foot down, announcing that things are going to change and don’t give a 💩 who gets mad.

I’ve really come to hate the Christmas season.
We’re already arguing about our schedule. Not living near family and being guilted to travel every Christmas to see them is exhausting. Next year we’re debating heading to an island. If we’re going to travel, at least give us a beach.

Just bought the first Christmas gift.

I do but hot flashes don’t mix well with heavy blankets so I tend to kick them off. Looks like my insomnia is back. Happened again around 3am. Was awake for hours. Fell asleep right before my alarm went off. Such fun.

I have zero motivation today. The snow is throwing me off. This crap arrived way too early!

(Okay and I’m a huge grouch because I woke up at 4am and couldn’t fall back asleep)

Today is going by sooooo slooooooow.

A lot of people in my community are really mad about our new green bins… I’m relieved! I had missed composting! Just cleaned out my fridge and happily used my bin.

I honestly don’t get what the big deal is.

I was watching a documentary the other day and suddenly a familiar face and name popped up on my screen.
Total blast from my past! A guy I met & hung out with in Florida one year! Now I have to find photos from that trip. He seems to be doing well despite having the same haircut!

You know teen isn’t feeling well when she asks to stay home on a school day she was excited for. She sounds horrible though. She’s stuck in bed. Hopefully it’s a quick virus and she’s on the mend soon.

I actually texted my husband “Late Night at Work?” Because it was dark out.

Yeah. It was only 5:30pm. He wouldn’t be leaving yet. 🤦🏼‍♀️

We were LIVID! That woman is a wolf in sheep’s clothing! She purposely did EVERYTHING. Part of her punishment should be forced daily to watch the footage of the children learning of their mom’s death.
My heart goes out to those kids and that family. What an evil lady.

We watched ‘The Perfect Neighbour” (Netflix) and if you haven’t seen it, you should.

That woman purposely did what she did. She continuously provoked to cause trouble. Note her tone changes at certain points, especially during her final 911 call.
She plays a victim when she’s the instigator.

Woke up at 3am, saw that I had a driveway cam notification. I watch the video and the neighbors son wandered onto our driveway, walked around our car. It looked liked he tried getting in the passenger side then he walked back to his parents property.
We turned the volume on and… 1/2

Was up extra early this morning because it’s my teens birthday and we gave her all her gifts before she left for school.

It looks like we’re off to Scotland next year. I FINALLY get to show off my roots and introduce my family to my aunts, uncles and the cousins they haven’t met!
The last time I was over was in 2001. So it’s loooong overdue.

My daughter had an audition yesterday and a jealous girl tried (and failed) to ruin it by attempting to give her bad advice.
My daughter, who has experience and has been training with her vocal coach ignored her. So the girl decided to insult her. 🙄
