however, that does not give anyone the right to commit genocide. I don’t think this should need explaining. Our legislators are breaking the law (US, international, and moral law) by allowing this to happen. Boycott, protest, donate to Palestinian orgs, individuals, and share Palestinian voices.

Oct. 7th was horrible, and we can remember that. We can hold that truth while prioritizing the issue at hand. Israel does not have the right to defend itself, and the occupied people have the right to resist. What was done on Oct. 7th was more than resistance,

People are out there acting like Oct. 7th is the whole/most important part of the story. It’s honestly infuriating that legislators are stuck on what happened that day when a genocide has been playing out in Palestine every day for the last two years and in different ways for almost over 100 years.

H.D.'s POV Once at the door I realize a strange feeling, a tingling pressure on my heart. I can't identify it exactly and I don't know if I've ever felt it before. I put a hand to my heart. Feel it's fast beat. I probably stand there too long waiting for my heart to steady.

The chemistry is there between Casey and H.D., but H.D. is too preoccupied with the breakup of their QPR to notice.

As the two spend more time together, perceived obstacles fall away until all that keeps them apart is fear.

I’m so excited about this chapter, which I started writing for my WIP yesterday. I think the POV is interesting for the context of the chapter. I’m writing a dual-perspective book, and this chapter is forcing me to stretch my skills.

In my WIP, H.D. would be the one folks listen to in the group. Page or Raina would represent the group to others.

H.D. is honest and compassionate.

Page is uncompromising and firm.

Raina is persuasive, intimidating, and caring.
