These people genuinely know nothing of the history—white conservative state & vigilante violence has been arguably *the defining feature* of U.S. history. They apparently also know very little of the present, in which, again, the very opposite is the case.

These are calls for mass political violence, against all Democrats. They openly call for the bombing of "Democrat" cities and for the jailing or killing of Democratic politicians. They are from some of the most influential voices in right-wing politics. Will anyone say anything?

With POTUS already making a show of sending “politically reliable” troops into cities he perceives as in opposition, I sincerely worry where this path will lead us. I worry that there is not much of a line between this and saying opposition to the regime is a crime justifying lethal force.
