My wife is telling me that it was “American Goulash”
Basically ground beef, macaroni, tomatoes and cheese. Basically chili Mac. My apologies

Not that I know of lol. I think it was just a good easy meat dish for her to make that would feed a family of 4 several days in a row. It sounds good now but back then I think I got tired of it.

I ate so much goulash as a kid. Seems like my mom made it once a week.
