If you think Kindles are clunky, you haven’t tried tinkering with every damn display setting for every damn app on an e-ink tablet based on version of Android four generations old.

Before a cruise, I set up detailed Daily Notes in #Obsidian: ports, times, etc. Takes hours. Today, I asked #Claude to scan an itinerary, create files for each day, set up YAML, add 5 POI’s, 3 suggested restaurants, and match my journaling template.

On free plan, took 1 min. Mind blown.

Mississippi's sweeping age verification law demands all users of social media, adults and minors, verify themselves. BlueSky has (rightly) refused to build out infrastructure to support this invasion of privacy, and now blocks all Mississippi users by default.

Living in #Mississippi and now having to use a VPN to access #BlueSky because of this state's obsessive refusal to let adults be adults.
