Picked this up in Paris thinking it was a novel but it just reads like one. It is a brilliant nonfiction historical account of France during the lives of Catherine de Medici and her daughter Marguerite de Valois.

Spotted this on my walk this morning. I keep calling it ‘When seasons collide’ because the snow came early this year. Open to other ideas though.

Starting off #TIFF50 a little wet after waiting in line for 30mins in the downpour.

Thankfully not as soaked as the women drying their socks and shoes in the washroom at Scotiabank for P&I screenings. ☔️

Tonight I was at a restaurant that had a Sofia Loren movie and then Elizabeth Taylor’s Cleopatra playing in the background. I couldn’t stop glancing over to watch these two film goddesses at their best.
