You want to get really crazy? Change the law so foundations have to release more than a tiny percentage of their principal.

I think it’s good for the students and my mental health that I reorganized the class to be 1/3 on state and regional policies. Really difficult to contend that policy and science expertise matter at the federal level at the moment (let’s not even talk about legal expertise, precedent etc. etc.)

This is a UK post but it’s absolutely 💯 true on the other side of the Atlantic as well, and in other parts of the world too.
