Maybe others are the same, in which I do recommend they put that aside and embrace it. I've never once thought that about anybody *else's* linktree. Just that they were handy. At the end of the day if they're already on your bio, they want to know.

Bio word counts are generally so stingey it can be almost impossible to list individual links. I finally broke and got a linktree to put on all my socials after years of a weird hangup where I thought it would seem... arrogant? Like I shouldn't think anyone would care.

As someone who defended Barrowman for perhaps longer than I should have, the remarkable thing is how it was far from an unsalvageable situation for him when this is all started. But he's made himself unemployable because his ego makes him incapable of opening his mouth without making it worse.

That new Barrowman car crash interview is the usual mix of strawmen, disingenuousness, self-justification, self-pity, and narcissism I've come to expect over the last few years. Though him hoping women now feel less secure making complaints than they did a few years ago is an unpleasant new wrinkle.

Yeah, quite apart from the on-set stuff on various jobs, he seems to regularly bring that 'Let's find this guy!' energy to customer service interactions, like he genuinely things an internet pile-on of the poor guy who happened to be behind the counter is going to help anything.

I don't think Barrowman worries too much about if he's being fair to people. Just last recently his first reaction to not immediately getting a day one call to book him for a just announced convention was to go on social media demanding fans boycott it.

The entire reason he can't get much work now is that he *still* maintains he did nothing wrong, and would do it again tomorrow. Which is bound to put people off. I'm also not aware of him making any apologies to the crew, just to Gardner and to the co-stars (who didn't even mind in the first place)

I don't think I've ever seen anyone label him a 'predator.' It's more that he comes across as someone who thinks there are two type of people in the world: people who matter, and the 'little people,' and he's more than happy to treat the 'little people' like crap and act offended when they complain.

Has to be attention seeking, surely? There's no real path to Burnham replacing Starmer before the next election, even if Starmer does fall.

I've even got to wonder if she's trying to undermine Burnham a little - I can't imagine him exactly welcoming this sudden endorsement
