crochet-ers: is it a sin if i chain 1 for half double crochet instead of 2, and don’t count the chain as a stitch and work into that first stitch? tutorial i’m following is having me chain 2, count as a stitch and start into the 2nd

news could be much worse tbh, when i was in the hospital they found no damage, the mri results don’t mention scarring or effusion, and my 2 week heart monitor test shows OK

there’s a litany of reasons as to how this could be the case, they were along with the others behind… tracking could have been delayed, etc. i just hope this is that case and this is not a trap/deceptive
