I sometimes think universal health care or tort reform would drive down some of the costs related to insurance/litigation, but then I remember it’s not any cheaper in Canada

Nice building footprint and exposures, but these layouts are rough! Bathrooms/bedrooms entered directly from living room, strip kitchens with like 8’ of space in front of them…how do you furnish this? A hard sell for US living I think

Stairs take up a lot of space in this small of a SF, why make it a townhouse? A simplex apartment layout at 1,050 SF would easily yield 2BR/2BA (or a nicer living room!)
