In other news: I scrubbed rust off the handlebars of a baby bike for 40 minutes and got a huge blister on my thumb.

Did you know it is called software development because working in software gives you soft fingers?

A very small, light blue, balance bike is leaned up against a brick wall. It is a bit grubby and worn, and has an old leather handle bar bag attached.

The same light blue balance bike is balanced atop the handle bars of a bigger bike. The bigger bike is bright green and a hand is reaching into the picture and holding the handles of both bikes at once. The bikes are on a train platform and the background of the pictures shows the train tracks.

Two weeks ago I had never even patched a tire.. now I have switched out the brake pads and cables on my partners bike, helped a friend change tyres on not one but, but two, bikes.. and now I’ve started another very cute baby steps bike project.. stay tuned
