I'm thrilled to say my first ever short film, US, was selected for the Bare Bones International Film Festival through their student short film showcase!

I know it’s a small festival, but getting in just reminds me that I can do this film making thing!

The first is queer leaning, but could not be queer but is perfect for said actor, the second one is not and very traditional action comedy fyi. They could do the second one it just would need some bending.

If I have an actor open to seeing a script when I have one d, should I write the script I think is perfect for them or the one I have that is more commercial but doesn’t have a role for them first?

I'm also repped by WME if that helps at all! But my agent is very busy and i love her but isn't exactly the type of support I need at this exact moment in my career, and from what I've learned, a manager is that!

I have talked with my agent and she has told me to move forward with my queer MMA whiplash meets love lies bleeding script because it was the one I was most excited talking about and, i quote "fuck the market, good art prevails".

In my opinion, there is no stronger movie than Hamnet this year for best picture. There is no stronger performance for best actress than Jessie Buckley and we should seriously be considering Emily Watson for best supporting actress.

Pitched my film to an executive producer for my film program last week.

She mentioned it was truly original, marketable, timely and just what the horror genre needs and told me to absolutely finish this script.
