It shows how the ruling & interpretation is also harming cis women. Those it was supposed to "protect".

I remember those times like yesterday. The Sex Discrimination Act 1999 meant I kept my job, yay, but they still tried to force me to relocate over 150 miles 'for the sake of team cohesion'. My cis female colleagues insisted that I use the same loo as them and not be forced into the disabled 🙏🏻❤️

This is really important. The ECHR is an important body that the UK helped create after the horrors of WW2.

We have no written constitution that helps protect everyone. And even in countries with a constitution people are open to abuse.
