Practically speaking the main effect upon me is stress. I'll continue using the same spaces I've used for a quarter century. My main risks involve hospitals where they could access my medical history and then enact bigotry based upon certified sex at birth or a GP arbitrarily stopping my HRT scripts

EHRC guidance seeks to: ban me from ALL sex segregated loos & changing rooms. Ban me from leading my women's walking group and my women's book club or any other such group. Ban me from female hospital spaces. Basically exclusion from public life to satisfy a small group of bigots backed by money

No, they partially amended their guidance because originally they had tried to enforce ONLY single sex facilities upon businesses. Their guidance still says that a space defined as single sex MUST exclude trans people from the spaces of their lived sex and maybe ALSO of their Birth Cert sex

While many of those remaining in the Square are media and onlookers, there are still people holding placards supporting Palestine Action. Officers are steadily working through the crowd making further arrests.

In future, when people read how a genocide was allowed to happen in #Gaza, the history books will note that some did take a stand. They included college students, the elderly and the disabled.

Don't forget that the EHRC plans to make exclusion the default rather than the exception it has been; a reversal of the law as it was enacted (WRT trans people)
