Diagnosed with adhd and have almost maxed out the RADS-R. Suicidal a great deal of my life and given depression meds that made the ideation worse. This makes complete sense. The majority of my life has been trauma. Not being normal is unbelievably painful.

Had to do this as a state employee. Listed every single call, email, document touched, meetings attended and every item I could think of that crossed my path for the time period. It was a long list. Bet those 5 items could fill a page or two.

Upset. Have had ADHD my entire life. Diagnosed at 52-ish. Currently have a sinus infection and am struggling only to find out even a common cold can make ADHD worse. It’s not fair- I have a serious chronic illness. Heartbroken.
