Really excited to release CATFOOD this year. Got some really exciting ideas.

I’m just gonna put it out there; if anyone’s writing a character with Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder/Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, I’m always happy to have a chat or help beta read.

I miss watching as many films as I could in a day. I miss film analysis. I miss the spark of excitement in my stomach when I sit down in a cinema and the BBFC card comes up. When this degree is done, I think I'm circling back to my vampire analysis book.

I think the great tragedy of my life will be all the books I have crammed inside my head that I'll never be able to write.

Intermission and The Good Ship Verden were conceived during an awful time of stress, depression, anger, and uncertainty. I don't know why I'm so surprised that writing these books has caused all these emotions to come up again. 🙃

Locking in this year. Going to improve all the skills I can: writing, editing, marketing, graphic design. No one's going to take me seriously if I don't take myself seriously.

Incredibly grateful for all the incredible opportunities I've had this year, all the amazing authors I've befriended and all the brilliant books I've had the privilege to read. 2025 has been so very difficult, but it's had some massive highs. See you in 2026!

My favourite thing that I've ever written, and published this year is this literary short story named Somewhere Betwixt The Stars and The Seas. Wanderer Cosima finds herself in Iceland, but can she let herself stay? It even got me interviewed on the BBC!
