Site with lightning arrestor towers, twin layer fencing, large dome structures, one container surrounded on three sides by a berm, and four containers linked by piping in a central position. In addition to the north are two large concrete pads.

About a month ago, while looking through Russian NOTAMs, I stumbled across this location on Google Earth, north of St. Petersburg: 60.352N 30.772E. It was largely constructed between 2022-2023 and while I can't offer a definite assessment, it looks like a missile test facility.

I stumbled across this location in Demyansk, Russia, around 57.68N 32.52E; it's covered by a low level (SFC-1450m) daily airspace closure between 0600-1900.

This was a civilian airstrip that had been abandoned, but appears to have been undergoing some significant work between 2023-2024.

The point is that they are tools. Yes, once humans have discovered a tool, it cannot be undiscovered. But it is still humans using and abusing them.

What we currently have is lots of big piles of data that can tell you how likely different words/letters are to follow a given piece of text. Everything else is just a tool built around that. There is, at the moment and in the foreseeable future, nothing that even resembles human intelligence.

OpenStreetmap embed URL. I just found out OpenStreetMap have a "share" button which produces HTML for an iframe targetting https://www.openstreetmap.org/export/embed.html, making it easy to drop an OpenStreetMap map onto any web page that allows iframes.
