A warning from the past: if there is anything you would like to preserve long-term in good condition, please don't stick tape on it!

As tape deteriorates, it can discolour, become brittle, lose its adhesive strength, and leave a residue stain.

I've only got to him winning in February 1974 so far but it's an engaging read. Highly recommended!

Copy of the Constitution Act damaged by red ink

Lobby of the Canadian Supreme Court

Visit this morning to the Supreme Court of Canada. Two copies of the Constitution Act 1982 were on display - one of which was damaged by a protestor in 1983 using red ink that they had smuggled into the archive. The damaged copy is now shown as part of the story of Canada.
