In neurology I usually make notes when I round... I keep them for three or four months then I shred them.

But

Sometimes when patients have abnormal brain imaging i draw little pictures on my notes to remind me what's going on. These little squiggles represent strokes, bleeding, tumors...

I used to have Buckaroo Banzai patches, i had the one with the car's number on the side... 88 and as I got older and people clued me I to the significance of 88 to certain hate groups, I stopped wearing it and questioned how it got into the film. Coincidence or intentional?

It took me 35 years of working slightly better than minimum wage jobs and saving a quarter of my paycheck to save 350k for retirement and its basically gone now. I'm so so so angry at this administration. This is so incredibly reckless and hurtful to non-millionaires.

It's pretty crazy, but I feel like I have more control over what kind of crazy i see. Medium crazy, not extra crispy spicy crazy.

I got off FB b/c of the ads, short idiotic videos (fish cleaning! Reaction videos!) ...that I didn't want to see, groups I was in that had to restart/move the group because it was "taken over" by disruptive spammers, people farming for OC and using it to scam people, panhandling and propaganda.

I had to prune back some of the more toxic feeds, although I appreciate their enthusiasm, they honestly look just like the toxic feeds I see from the right and I can't help but think maybe there's a higher manipulation going on.

Pick scrap quilts sell like hotcakes. I can't keep enough pink scrap to make em and sometimes I cut actual non scrap fabric for them.
