A little unintentional self-parody from UK fascists, proudly wearing their inverted union flags.
It's good to see something more subtle than the usual slapstick. (e.g. 41% of the "protect are wimmin" rioters from last summer found to have been reported to the police for domestic abuse).
Finally had a legit business use for a Sankey chart. Fun (albeit time-cosuming!) to build in Tableau.

Neither side, very much. If your 'side' gladly watches Donald Trump abuse his wife, I want no part of it.
Gladly, enough of people for today.
Another calculated dog whistle. Like the Pope meme. In a strange way, I'm more horrified to see Melania abused openly, without comment or care, than the chaos he causes in the world. At least people stand up to that.
21.06.2025 12:19 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 3 ๐ 0...I'm also kinda fascinated to see what happens when the balance tips and the proliferation of AI-produced content means that AI training data is mostly AI-generated... and the next generation of digital incest when most AI training data has been produced by AI models trained mostly on... etc.
21.06.2025 12:10 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0I'd go further and challenge the mediocrity argument. I will always prefer the simplest, most ordinary meal, home-cooked with care, to anything produced without it. The same applies to anything that feeds my mind.

Same. Iโm in a pretty good place now but still read his posts every day. I miss Abbey Road. Wish she couldโve known how much she helped me and countless other people.

Fare thee well.
I'd never noticed the 5th Beetle on Abbey Road before.
Doodling makes you look closer.

This week's Workout Wednesday technical challenge. I found this tough - MUCH prefer prepping data in SQL to trying to model it in Tableau. Felt like I was fighting poor data structure throughout, e.g. using MAKEDATE to get months for the line chart. Just felt... wrong.

I like the way you did the stars! Neat. My method was more pedestrian:
CASE [Score]
WHEN 1
THEN 'โ

etc.
