Not leaving this platform. There's something rancid about the interruption of service over on TT. The world we knew over there isn't the same, as there is a pall hanging over it. Time will tell if it's been fundamentally altered to become something insidious.

Feels like a good time to make a literal cup of tea and work on that crochet project that's on the hook. I have no respect for him or anything he stands for.

I won't forget who endangered it in the first place. If it turns into a fountain of corporate- or state-fed propaganda, I'm out, with extreme prejudice. Because neither of those are what freedom looks like.

Well, to be fair, it is super cute crab. But, sharkies are really cute too, and I love them.

If TikTok is acquired by Meta or some other extant mass social media empire - or especially if the US government takes partial ownership, then I won't be going back. I won't partake of any blithering state media folderol. It's patently anti-freedom.

Well, here I am - TikTok refugee. The promises of its return have me wondering what form that may take, if it takes one at all. But I'm finding many of my favorites here and on The Toob of Yoo. Diversification is good in an uncertain world.
