Ironically, another piece on the bill starred “the original Becky” from Roseanne, rather on the other end of the celebrity parabola.

PWEI is weirdly filed alongside Dennis Miller's "Off-White Album" (1990) in that I spent the next 25 years periodically encountering references from both that I did not "get" at the time.

I don't remember exactly how I (15, Ohio) found my way to this one (probably a RS review) but this was an apex Walkman album. My kid is into music production and I play this for him as an example of the kind of sampling you can't really do commercially anymore.
