As it’s Monday tomorrow here’s some poetry (best read to The Irish Rovers No Nay Never):

I went o my brother’s one glorious day,
I asked him if he wanted to play.
I picked a tomato and threw it at him,
It really did hurt as it was still in its tin.

So, so good M. I heartily recommend.

A tumescence of magnificence.

Yep so I woke up thinking of this film. Not often a movie does that. That’s normally the reserve of favourite books.

Had me on edge at first. Every time the camera was on Agnes I couldn’t tell if she was going to lose it and blow up the play. Brilliant.

I have. Agree it’s amazing. In the extras the director had the cast dance at the end of every scene to help shake the emotion off.

Wasn’t it just. Same for me. I’ll never be able to go see Hamlet without reaching for the Prince.

I’ve just watched Hamnet. Amazing film and that ending, bloody hell it had us in bits. Count me a newly minted Jessie Buckley fan 5/5

She is the world’s greatest daughter.

Today is my daughter’s birthday, shes 29 but she’ll always be my little valentines cherub.

I watched the wet pass by in their coats and hoods and hunched shoulders and I laughed. Laughed, did I.

I got caught in the rain again but then not really as I had my massive brolly with me that has a circumference that’s akin to the moon’s keeping me dryer than the passing drivers in their cars.
Result.

Good luck to the California DonutEagles in tonight’s Superb Owl. I’m looking forward to witnessing many down numbers and quad dunes.

Also I can’t believe how British I am, queuing first whilst I was only a nipsy away from disaster.

Not in Bath, Jen. Pristine, second only to Buckingham Palace.

When you’re out in Bath but suddenly have an onset of potentially violent bum gravy, rush into a Costas, politely queue, order a brew, and ONLY THEN rush to the loo all the while a brown flood smashes against the lock door,SHOULD BE AN OLYMPIC SPORT
Gold medal.
And yes I made it without mishap.

These three will seriously mess with ALL the emotions!

The irony of posting paywalled articles on a free SM site is clearly lost on the hacks.

I often wonder why people share firewalled newspaper articles on here and therefore wasting my time when I click on it. I’M NOT GOING TO PAY 8 DOLLARDS A MONTH TO READ AN ARTICLE, KNOBHEADS.

I don’t know if other book readers get this but my TBR is about 80 books deep (I blame the distraction of illness these recent years) so what do I do?? I BLOODY WELL START READING A TRILOGY I’VE ALREADY READ.
