The well being clinic does seem ike a better fit tbf, they concentrate on fatigue management, they have a variety of therapists (physical and mental)

But it just feels like it's a "you're never going to recover, we need you to start dealing with that"

Saw my physio today. He has discharged me, and referred me to the 'well being' (was long covid) clinic. I'm not improving with him, and that's all he can really do

Mixed feelings, it's great I'm finally being taken seriously and getting chronic-issues care, but also it feels like giving in/up

Though my fave is "keeps a hedgehog in their pocket" which means someone is tight with money (can't get your cash out if the prickles are there see?)

I am currently reading 12 books, for the exact same reason

So long as I read *something* each day, it counts, and I eventually finish individual books (a lot faster with this method tbh, I've managed over 50 so far this year, cause I'm not fighting my brain anymore!)
