The recent Trump administration travel ban and restrictions to asylum and other lawful immigration pathways are a dangerous escalation of discriminatory, xenophobic policy.  
 
We reject policies rooted in fear and racism. We affirm the dignity and humanity of all people.

Migration is, and will forever be, a human right.

Today, we continue to honor both the historic and present day impact immigrants make in our communities and world. Let National Immigrants Day serve as a reminder to uplift, support and protect immigrants here and around the world.

IMRR at the Welcoming Interactive in Detroit! Welcoming America brought together leaders committed to creating more connected communities and fostering immigrant inclusion across the country.
