quick update - I called the Sheriff’s department to ask what was going on that would bring so many out-of-state cars to a county training facility and was told that it was for a “commercial vehicle inspection certification.”

Friends, I drove past yesterday morning and there were NO cars in the lot

So, if I notice an unusually high number of out-of-state plates at my local county sheriff facility, that seems like an indicator of imminent gestapo-style policing, right?
